2 suspected members of crime group killed in shoot out

CITY OF SAN FERNANDO – Two suspected members of a crime group involved in robbery holdup and car napping activities were killed in a shoot-out in Maimpis Village of this city Thursday.

Joint elements of the San Fernando City Police Station (CPS), Pampanga Provincial Intelligence Branch (PIB), Mexico Municipal Police Station (MPS) and Highway Patrol Group 3 (HPG3) were initially at the scene to serve a warrant of arrest against one of the suspects identified as Francis Badillo, a resident of Acli Resettlement in nearby town of Mexico.

According to Police Superintendent Rechie Duldulao, San Fernando CPS Chief, Badillio and his companion refused to cooperate and started firing upon her men which ultimately led to the armed encounter resulting to the death of both suspects.

It was learned, Badillo has an outstanding warrant of arrest for robbery with homicide issued last December. Before the encounter, his whereabouts were unknown until series of significant intelligence reports were gathered pinpointing his exact location.

Badillo was also accompanied by one Jessie Romero, also known by his aliases Jessie Mallari or Jessie Dela Peña. Both are reportedly members of a crime group involved in robbery holdup and carnapping activities in the City of San Fernando and nearby municipalities.

The Scene of the Crime Operatives recovered two firearms from the suspects along with a motorcycle which was later found out to be stolen from an Indian national residing in Mexico.

Duldulao warns other criminal elements in said city that their days are numbered since the forces of San Fernando and the whole Pampanga police are bent on apprehending any and all law breakers.
