Pineda affixes her signature to the “Panata sa Kapayapaan at Kaayusan” as students, teachers, religious leaders and government officials recite the “Panata sa Pagbabago” during the kick-off ceremony for the 16th National Crime Prevention Week observance in the province. Theme for this year’s celebration is “Komunidad at Pulisya,Magkasama tungo sa Pag-unlad ng Bayan”. Pampanga Second District Representative Gloria M. Arroyo also participated in the said ceremony held September 1 at the Benigno Aquino Memorial Hall at the Capitol compound.
