Gov Visits Barangay Nabuklod Posted on 14 years ago by MIS Cesar Serrano, a partially blind man of Barangay Nabuklod in Floridabalanca town, shares with Pampanga Governor Lilia G. Pineda his eye problem who assured him of the provincial government’s immediate medical assistance. The Governor, along with Environment and Natural Resource Officer (ENRO) Art Punzalan and other officials of the province recently visited the said village settlers to inquire about their pressing needs and concerns.
