Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda, 2nd District Board Member Fritzie David-Dizon, and Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office (PSWDO) Officer Elizabeth Baybayan lead the distribution of financial assistance to some 116 indigent Kapampangans through the help of the Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situation (AICS) of the provincial government.
