CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga – At least 100 Kapampangan students received P3,000 each as a cash assistance under the Educational Financial Assistance Program, on Friday, December 6, at the Sangguniang Panlalawigan Session Hall, here.
The distribution of was led by Liga ng mga Barangay (LNB) President, Board Member Renato Mutuc, together with the Provincial Treasurer’s Office and Provincial Library.
Mutuc told the barangay scholars that the Provincial Government, under the governance of Governor Dennis ‘Delta’ Pineda, wants every Cabalen to experience equal opportunities especially in education.
“Pasalamat tamu kang Governor dahil tiluy nala reng programa ng dati at ngening Vice Governo Nanay at patuloy na la pang dadagdagan reng scholars. Ating educational assistance para kareng solo parents, PWDs, at atin ring SPES,” Mutuc said.
“Kaya sana samasnan yu keng pamagaral yu bilang scholars ku at ning Kapitolyu. Bilang kapalit ketang sawup na binye na ning pengari yu at ning gobernador tamu. Maniwala ku na atyu keni ing susunud na lisensyadung mestra, pulis, inhinyeru at dakal pang alwa,” he added.
Meanwhile, the students expressed their appreciation to Board Member Mutuc on the EFAP awarding and to the governor for always supporting the students.
“Masaya ku pung maging scholar ng Gov and makatanggap ngening cash assistance kasi madagul ya pung sawup ini kanaku and kang maku,” said Markson Singian, IT student from Bacolor.
Mutuc also encouraged and reminded the graduating students who will be taking board examination to submit complete necessary documents to his office to avail the free review that the Capitol offers.
