Pampanga execs support Metro-Clark development

Clark Freeport – The Pampanga Government officials together with Bases Conversion Development Corporation (BCDA), Clark International Airport Corporation (CIAC) and the Clark Development Corporation (CDC) board and stakeholders pledged yesterday their strong support for the development of Clark Freeport and Special Economic Zone (CFSEZ) as part of President Rodrigo Roa Duterte’s 10-point agenda on regional development.

Angeles City Mayor Edgar Pamintuan, Mabalacat City Mayor Marino “Boking” Morales, Porac Mayor Condralito Dela Cruz, City of San Fernando Mayor Edwin Santiago together with BCDA President Vivencio Dizon, CDC President Noel Manankil and CIAC President Alexander Cauguiran led the signing of the Manifesto of Support.

Among Duterte’s massive infrastructure project includes the construction of Clark International Airport New Passenger Building, Manila-Clark Railway, Subic-Clark Cargo Railway, Clark Green City Mixed Use Industrial Real Estate Development, Integrated Transport System Project, Government Center, Agro-Industrial Park, Energy Management System, Food Processing Terminal and International Food Market, Integrated Care Development Center, Clark-Bamban Access Road.

The province of Pampanga is the focal point for the growth and progress of these primary infrastructure projects which will greatly benefit not just the province but entire country.

The president’s infrastructure plan brought together major infrastructure agencies of the national government, local government officials and various stakeholders in a collective vision to support the realization of the project in uplifting the quality of life in the region.

Duterte’s development mantra is: build, build and build.
