Governor Lilia G. Pineda is presented with the Outstanding Local Chief Executive award by Alex Inza Cruz of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Region III by virtue of the Pampanga Public Employment Services Office (PESO) having been chosen as the Outstanding PESO in the whole of Central Luzon. Photo below shows Luningning Vergara, Pampanga PESO manager, receiving the Best PESO award. Witnessing the occasion are the Atty. Andres Pangilinan, Jr., provincial administrator and provincial board members. Vergara said that it is only with the Governor’s support that the PESO has accomplished what became the basis for the award.
