Hosted by the provincial government of Pampanga, all governors of Central Luzon recorded a one hundred percent attendance for the first time in any RPOC event. Governor Lilia G. Pineda expressed elation over this show of support and enthusiasm, indicative of the governors’ and other stakeholders’ wanting to “win the peace” for the region which they declared as the next center of progress in the country.
