Pineda leads officials of the provincial government during its first Pamipulung-pulung king Panyulung, a countryside outreach program, in barangay Salapungan, Candaba. Free medical and dental services, animal vaccination including briefings on agri-aqua culture, livelihood and employment opportunities were conducted during the said outreach program.
