Groundbreaking of Balitucan District Hospital Posted on 14 years ago by MIS Governor Lilia G. Pineda and Vice-Governor Joseller M. Guiao lead in the groundbreaking rites of the Don Andres Luciano Memorial Hospital in Magalang, Pampanga. Formerly known as Balitucan District hospital, a P30M 50-bed capacity starts construction immediately after the groundbreaking, and upon the instructions of the Governor, should be finished within eight months and should be able to provide efficient services to the people in nearby communities.
