UNIVERSITY TIE-UP. Lee Jae Seung and Bae Deuk Reull of the Chungbuk National University in South Korea present to Governor Lilia G. Pineda, Congresswoman Gloria M. Arroyo and other officials the terms of the proposed tie up between their university and the Don Honorio Ventura Technological State University. The tie up was first proposed during the recent visit of the governor and the congresswoman to the Chungcheongbuk province in South Korea and is seen to benefit the students of both schools in terms of an exchange of knowledge, skills and technology.
