CITY OF SAN FERNANDO – Third District Board Member-Elect Ferdinand “Dinan” Labung will prioritize special privileges for senior citizens in his future proposal in the Sangguniang Panlalawigan.

As early as now he is contemplating on the content of the ordinance that he plans to pass for his first year in office.

“This law will be patterned from the existing ordinance of Makati City. It will give them the opportunity to enjoy and celebrate life for their remaining years in this world,” he said.

In Makati City, senior citizens can watch movies for free. They receive free cakes during their birthdays and golden wedding anniversaries. They have yearly free Lakbay Saya. The city government also gives reading glasses and medicines.
