Arroyo, along with Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Chairperson Nona Ricafort expressed support for the establishment of a satellite campus of the Don Honorio Ventura Technological State University (DHVSTU) in Lubao town as it will give more opportunities for the young people of the town and neighboring communities to avail themselves of further education. According to the three lady officials, they are fully supportive of any effort that would provide opportunities to improve the lives of people, particularly the youth.
