VICTORY. Ronnie C. Aquino, Commissioner of the recently concluded 2nd Gov. Lilia “Nanay” G. Pineda Cup Intertown Basketball Tournament 2012, leads the awarding of the championship trophy to victor basketball team from Municipality of Lubao led by coach Robert Jay Sierra.
