Pineda leads the ceremonial planting of sampaguita seedlings provided by the provincial government under the livelihood program dubbed, “Sampaguita Mabanglu”. San Roque, Dau 2nd, one of the three village beneficiaries of the program in Lubao town, receives 3000 sampaguita seedlings.
