Cornerstone Laying Posted on 13 years ago by MIS The Ricardo Rodriguez Memorial Hospital in the Bulaon Resettlement area in San Fernando will undergo renovation in order to serve better the patients who are mostly natives of Bacolor town and resettled there in the aftermath of the Pinatubo eruption. Governor Lilia G. Pineda leads in the cornerstone laying to signal the start of the renovation work and she is joined by Mayor Jomar Hizon of bicolor, barangay captain Zenaida Bundalian, board members Monina Laus, Trina Dizon, Cris Garbo and Raul Macalino, Dr. Antonio Ong, chief of hospital, and Engr.
