Pineda leads a group that inspected a potential site in barangay Tinajero where a material recovery facility (MRF) for Bacolor town may be put up. The governor wants each town in Pampanga to have a MRF for an efficient waste management program. The group also includes board member Fritzie David-Dizon, Arthur Punsalan, head of the provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office (ENRO), Roy Imperial, consultant of the provincial government, and Darius Hizon, host of a local show on ABS-CBN.
