Christmas Gift-giving Posted on 13 years ago by MIS Governor Lilia G. Pineda leads in a gift-giving activity benefiting some 6,300 families in Northville 14 barangay Calulut, City of San Fernando. The donations were in the form of food and clothes donated by some private companies that have been active partners in development of the provincial government. More families benefited from similar gift-giving activities in other areas of the province.
