City of San Fernando, Pampanga – In a bid to enhance police visibility and ensure peace and order in the province, Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda led the turnover and blessing ceremony of fifty-three (53) new Kawasaki Pulsar N250 motorcycles at the Police Provincial Office (PPO) on Thursday, June 27.
During the ceremony, Gov. Delta personally handed over the symbolic key to the newly appointed PPO Director, PCol. Jay Dimaandal.
“Ito po ay pandagdag sa service ng kapulisan natin sa kada bayan. Importante po ang peace and order, kung wala kasi ang peace and order, hindi po uunlad ang probinsiya natin,” Gov. Delta said.

Of the 53 motorcycles, thirty (30) were procured by the Provincial Government of Pampanga, while the remaining twenty-three (23) were donated by the Pineda family.
