Pineda warmly welcomes the United Nations Children’s Emergency Fund (UNICEF) representatives as they turn over 500 health kits and 500 water kits to the office of the provincial governor for distribution to flood-victims in the province. The UNICEF representatives also endorsed health and water kits including plastic mats to the municipal governments of Macabebe and Masantol. Provincial Administrator Atty. Andres S. Pangilinan, Jr. joins the governor in welcoming the six UNICEF representatives namely Vanessa Tobin, Nonoy Fajardo, Tim Grieve, Grace Agcaoili and Angela Travis.
