Pineda visits the flood-displaced families of barangay Sucad in Apalit who seek temporary shelter along the banks of the Arayat-Apalit setback levee. With the governor are Apalit Mayor Oscar Tetangco, Jr., Environment and Natural Resources Officer (ENRO) Arthur Punsalan, Board Member Nestor Tolentino, Engr.
