Memoranda of Understanding with Maynilad Posted on 13 years ago by MIS The provincial government represented by Governor Lilia G. Pineda inked two MOUs with the Meralco and Maynilad Water services for the two entities to conduct feasibility studies on the power and water requirements and sources in the province. This is in line with the provincial government’s goal towards attaining progress while continuing to provide the utility services the people need. Signing the MOUs with the governor are Manny V. Pangilinan, president and CEO of Meralco and chairman of Maynilad, Victorico Vargas, president of Maynilad, and Oscar Reyes, COO of Meralco.
