Tilapia Hatchery Posted on 13 years ago by MIS A portion of the Pampanga Agricultural College (PAC) in Magalang will be used as a provincial hatchery of tilapia for 15 years to meet the increasing demand for it in the province. This is contained in a memorandum of agreement which is shown being signed by Governor Lilia G. Pineda, Atty. Andres Pangilinan, Jr., Regional Director Remedios Ongtangco, Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) Region III, and Norman de Jesus, Vice-president of the PAC.
