Interconnectivity For Progress Posted on 13 years ago by MIS The much-awaited telecommunications interconnectivity in Pampanga finally arrives with the Philippine Long Distance and Telephone (PLDT) Company and Globe Telecom combining their resources to provide the province with the best communication services needed to spur its progress.
