RCEF-RFFA. Vice Governor Lilia “Nanay” Pineda leads on Wednesday the distribution of food packs and ₱5,000 financial assistance to each of the 1,870 local farmers—registered to the Farmers and Fisherfolks Registry System (FFRS) with rice lands not exceeding two (2) hectares—at the Bren Z. Guiao Convention Center.
