National Disability Prevention and Rehabilitation Celebration Posted on 13 years ago by MIS Carlo Talimjacu, a 13 year-old child with disability from barangay Dolores in the City of San Fernando, is one of the 14 recipients of brand new wheelchairs from the provincial government. Pineda leads the distribution of wheelchairs, crutches, walkers, including food packs and non-food goodies and provision of medical examinations to some 600 persons with disabilities from various municipalities of Pampanga.
