Pineda underscores the important role of parents in ensuring the proper nutrition of their children and enjoins them to work closely with the government’s health workers and service providers to fight malnutrition in Pampanga. The provincial government provided free medical check-up, medicines and other nutrition-related activities to more than 200 malnourished children in the province in line with the celebration of nutrition month.
