Andres S.Pangilinan, Jr. reads the resolution passed by member-agencies of the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (PDRRMC) which recommends that the province may be declared under state of calamity and be able to extend necessary assistance to families affected by Tropical Storm Falcon.
