Capitol gives P2M to Grade 12, HS students in CSF, Mabalacat

City of San Fernando – The provincial government distributed Educational Financial Assistance amounting to P2, 122,000, benefitting 849 Grade 12 and high school students here recently.

Angelina Blanco, provincial disaster risk reduction management officer (PDRRMO) led the awarding here and in Mabalacat City, to 17 students in Maimpis High School, 7 in Sta. Lucia Integrated School, 29 in Calulut Integrated School, 9 in Panipuan High School, and 78 in Dolores Senior High School; 300 students from Sapang Biabas Resettlement in Mabalacat, 133 in Mabalacat National High School, 42 in Mabalacat Technological Vocational School, 180 in Madapdap Resettlement High School and 54 in Santos Ventura High School.

The students received P2,500.00 each.

Blanco relayed the message of Vice Governor Dennis ‘Delta’ Pineda to the students: “Always remember that the provincial government is all out to support you, especially in your education. But you have to study harder and stay away from drugs.”

According to the Senior High Completers, the money they received will be a great help to them when they enroll to College. It could help in buying the things they need like notebooks, ball pens, uniforms and other materials which they will use in time for the opening of classes in June.

With the leadership of Governor Lilia”Nanay” Pineda and Vice Governor Pineda, the students are assured of a brighter future.
