In Pampanga, it was inaugurated recently with Justice Jose Midas Marquez, spokesperson of the Supreme Court, and Vice-Governor Joseller “Yeng” Guiao doing the ribbon cutting, while Provincial Administrator Andres Pangilinan, Jr. and officials of the court look on.
