Pineda presents Rosario David, a 50-year old person with disability (PWD) from San Luis town, with a wheelchair and some other goodies during the “Kalingang Handog ng Probinsiya sa mga Kababaihan” in line with the celebration of women’s month. Hundreds of PWDs and wives of Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) in Pampanga benefitted from the various +health, medical, dental, livelihood and counseling services provided for free by the Capitol.
