CITY OF SAN FERNANDO – The Pampanga Public Employment and Service Office (PESO) in partnership with ABS-CBN Corporation are set to hold a job fair this June 23, Friday at Robinsons Starmills.
According to ABS-CBN Production Services and Special Projects Head Mary Ann R. Purificacion, the day-long job fair is in line with the anniversary celebration of TV Patrol that aims to provide employment opportunities to every Kapampangan jobseekers.
This is also to commemorate the 26th Mt. Pinatubo Eruption, which was considered to be the worst disaster yet to hit Pampanga, she added.
PESO Chief Luningning Vergara mentioned that the job fair is supported by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA).
It will be participated by local and international companies to meet the manpower requirement of various industries.
The job fair will start at around 10:00 in the morning until 3:00 to 4:00 in the afternoon.
Interested applicants are reminded to bring relevant documents and credentials including updated resume, 2×2 ID pictures, diploma/or transcript of records and certificate of employment for screening and interview.
